Cutting methods: First of all, prepare a soil mixture, take well-drained garden soil (50%), cow dung (30%), and vermicompost (20%), and mix it well. Take a large flower pot (at least 10 inches more) and fill it with soil mixture.

After all, take out the lantana cutting and make a hole in the soil mixture 5 to 6 inches deep and plant a cutting. Cover the bottom part of the cutting with the soil and place the flower pot in sunlight. Within 6-7 days, the plant’s roots begin to sprout, and new leaves and branches are seen from the plant.

Remember : Soil mixture should be slightly acidic and grow best in USDA hardiness zone 7-11. In a flowerpot, make sure there is a drainage hole on the surface of the pot, if not, make 5,6 holes and place small stones or pebbles on the drainage hole.
