  • Mats asana: Matsasana is the best way to give relief to your respiratory system. Matsasana also has many health benefits like reducing your chronic pain, detoxifying your body, relieving stress and improving your posture. It also reduces your belly fat. So, do it quickly. 
  • Bridge Pose: If you have pain in your lower back, bridge Pose gives you relief. Bridge pose has many health benefits such as improving your blood circulation and respiratory system. It also reduces your belly fat (if you are doing it regularly).

  • Standing Forward Bend: It is similar to Uttanasana yoga, by doing this, it improves your balance and awareness. It feels like you are stress-free and lower your back pain. Standing forward bend also has many healthiest benefits but we will cover it in another post. 
  • Child Pose: A child’s pose gives you instant relief from body pain. Improve blood circulation in your neck and head. It also relieves the respiratory system. Besides, it also improves your digestive system and reduces your constipation.
  • Neck Stretch: During the cough and cold disease, neck stretch gives you instant relief. Do the 5 to 6 minutes only. Also gives you relief from headaches.   

Follow the Sleeping Time Table: Sleeping time is the best solution to get relief from these types of diseases. Take at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep during cold, fever and illness, this keeps most of the diseases away and makes you feel that you are healthy with good energy and stamina.
